Community Leadership

Pathways Early Childhood Initiative

Nurturing our youngest residents and caring for their families.

Beginning in 2010 and continuing through 2014, the Foundation partnered with the Park County Health Department, Livingston HealthCare, Learning Partners and Community Health Partners, preschools and daycare facilities, parents and other community stakeholders, the Park County Early Childhood Coalition emerged to create and publicize a network of services to families with children from birth to 5 years.  This network includes enhancing access to “Parents a Teachers” home-visiting program, connections between and among early childhood service and education providers, and school readiness reports. Today, the Park County Early Childhood Coalition and the Foundation are integral and essential partners in the emerging “collective impact” initiative focusing on the well-being of children and young persons through high school graduation.
