Introduction to Coaching

In this session, participants will be introduced to the foundational elements of coaching through the exploration of key coaching principles, practices, and processes. Attendees will gain invaluable insight into how to create a coaching presence with others, and how to engage in coaching conversations using reflection and experiential learning theory. 

This is the first of a two-part series on Developmental Coaching for increased staff development success.

Snacks and beverages will be provided, or you're welcome to bring your lunch to the session.
