Self-Awareness & Personal Leadership
Critical to the success of leaders and teams is self-awareness. Regardless of your role, having a solid understanding of your areas of strength and the ability to recognize strengths in others will help your organization be more effective in achieving its mission. Join us for this interactive workshop, led by Katie Weaver, to explore emotional intelligence, the importance of personal values, and utilize Real Colors, a personality temperament tool designed to help participants understand human behavior and improve communication. You’ll leave the training with new understanding and skills that can be put into practice immediately, along with the Real Colors guide full tips for improved understanding, communication, and outcomes that you can continue to refer to long after the workshop has ended.
About the Presenter
From 2013-2021, Katie Weaver served as the MSU Park County Extension Agent for Livingston and Park County. In 2021, she transitioned to a statewide position, focused on leadership and community development. She has over 14 years of experience leading efforts in community and economic development, leadership and capacity building, and workforce development in rural communities across the West.
