In the high-stakes, high-heart world of nonprofit leadership, pressure is constant. Whether you're leading a team, managing a board, or navigating difficult decisions, it’s easy to get caught in patterns of self-doubt, overthinking, or frustration. This 2-hour interactive workshop offers practical tools to help you shift out of those mental habits and into the calm, creative, and confident leader you’re meant to be.

Whether you attended the first Positive Intelligence® session in April or are just hearing about PQ for the first time, this interactive workshop is for you. We'll go beyond the basics to explore how nonprofit leaders can harness the power of mental fitness to lead with clarity, compassion, and resilience—even in the face of limited resources, complex relationships, and ever-changing demands.

In this 2-hour session, you'll experience:

  • Simple, science-backed practices to quiet mental chatter and regain focus

  • A chance to reflect on how your current mindset impacts your team and culture

  • Practical tools you can begin using immediately to lead with greater ease, clarity, and resilience

Optional Bonus: All participants will have the opportunity to schedule a free 1:1 Inner Critic Discovery Session to explore their personal profile and receive individualized insights.
