As an experienced workshop presenter, group facilitator, and trainer, Keva has been sharing nonprofit training and best practices with the Park County nonprofit sector since 2022.

One of the many things she’s learned throughout her career is that the only constant in life truly is change. Change is inevitable. We often have no choice about change when it happens. But we have every choice about how we handle it, and that’s what makes the difference between change that supports your mission and change that hinders it.

In our session on October 30 at the PCCF office, we’ll discover how to use the Bridges Model of Transition to turn uncertainty into opportunity and transform the way you and your organization view change from now on. Change is a powerful catalyst; it can usher in growth and expansion, or it can create fear and closing off. This session dives into the emotional journey of change—Ending, Neutral Zone, and New Beginning—and equips you with tools to lead yourself and others through transitions with clarity and resilience.

Executive Director leaving? Key board members rolling off the board? Funding questions looming? Come share your questions and concerns with your colleagues. Let us support you, and let’s all learn a compassionate, effective way to navigate the inevitable changes we face with every new day.

Change doesn’t have to be scary. PCCF is here for you, and so is your nonprofit community. Together, we lift each other up.
