Wednesday, May 15th from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm at the Shane Lalani Center for the Arts.

Are you wanting to organize your organization's information or learn more from your donor data, but don't know where to start? Is your non-profit storing everything in Excel spreadsheets? Do you have a donor database but no one is using it? Are you wanting to learn more about donor databases in general? Join us for the May Nonprofit Network!

Topics to be covered: Why a donor database can be invaluable to your organization. Types of information do you store in a database Costs of databases and what kind of staff/skills are needed to utilize them. Rachel will be giving a demonstration of Salesforce as an example database (she is a Salesforce Administrator).

About Rachel Regan: Rachel LOVES her non-profit database. She is the Database and Development Systems Manager at American Prairie Reserve, and has been working with databases for 7+ years. She is a co-leader of the Bozeman Salesforce Non-Profit User group. She is using APR's database, not only to store historic information about their network and donors, but to help drive future cultivation and stewardship of donors, and learn from and improve APR's fundraising efforts.
