Juvenile Crime Rates

Why Is This Important?

Juvenile crime can give a community a great sense about how the youth in the community feel connected or disconnected with that area.
Park County has low juvenile crime with almost 50% of it being crime that if committed by an adult would not be considered a crime. These are offenses like: minor in possession of alcohol or tobacco, truancy, running away, and violating curfew. According to Indicators Northwest Park County’s rate of juvenile arrests for serious crimes like murder, robbery, motor vehicle theft, and larcency-theft is far below Montana’s rate state wide and has dramatically declined in the last ten years.

it would be good to have a paragraph that tells the reader where Livingston and Park County rank statewide in numbers or how it compares to other cities/counties with the same population. all of these little extras gives the reader comparisons especially if they are looking to relocate to our area.
