Create Access to Positive Choices

Personal Wellbeing - Community Action Plans

Identifying the issues and barriers to healthy choices for Park County Residents will allow for an increased targeting of resources and programs.

Sustaining a Healthy Community

Being healthy means different things to different people. Health can be absence of disease, feeling very energetic, losing weight, having a healthy baby, being able to stay at home when you are elderly, and seeing a health care provider on a regular basis. A healthy thriving community benefits each individual living in the community.
