Community Supported Agriculture

Why Is This Important?


Locally Produced food used by local schools, industry and restaurants supports our local agriculture producers and our local economy.  It reduces transportation costs and its effects on the environment, all while providing fresh nutritious foods to the citizens and visitors of Park County.

Western Sustainability Exchange's Farms to Restaurant Program created an estimated $500,000 of revenue to local producers in 2009.
