Hannibal Anderson <> Tom Miner Basin
Hannibal Anderson is the Superintendent of the Livingston School District, and has served in that capacity since 2003. Hannibal was raised in a ranching family in the Tom Miner Basin at the southern end of Paradise Valley. The ranch remains in family ownership. Hannibal's professional career in education over the last 20 years has included teaching in Big Timber, and working as an a administrator in Browning, Montana and in Alaska. Hannibal received his undergraduate degree in history from Harvard University, and has a Graduate degree in School Administration from Montana State University. 

Shiell Anderson <> Shields Valley
Shiell Anderson was raised in the Shields Valley, where he continues to ranch on his family's ranch.    Shiell served in the Montana House of Representatives from 1993-2001, and was Chairman of the Montana Transportation Commission from 2001-2005. He attended college at Montana State University in Bozeman, and earned a law degree from the University of Montana.
 
Laurie Bishop <> Livingston
Laurie Bishop came to Montana in 1996 to own and operate a downtown bicycle shop with her husband.  Her passion for local engagement led to her to re-kindle her career in the non-profit sector and she is currently the executive director of Manaia Youth Programs, which provides personal development programs for teens and young adults throughout Southwest Montana.  Laurie currently sits on the board of a small family foundation based in Livingston.
 
Milla L. Cummins <> Pine Creek
Milla Cummins has been the director of the Livingston-Park County Public Library since 1994 and served as President of the Montana Library Association during the association’s centennial year in 2006. Before coming to the Livingston library, she served as Current Periodicals and Microforms supervisor at the Golda Meir library, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to earning her M.L.I.S. at UW-M, Milla managed an environmental education and natural history bookstore at Milwaukee’s Schlitz Audubon Center, one of the National Audubon Society’s urban teaching centers. She has also worked as a research associate in industrial engineering and hospital administration at the University of Michigan. She holds a B.A. in Religion from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
 
Seabring Davis <> Livingston
Seabring Davis is the editor in chief of Big Sky Journal and Western Art & Architecture magazines. An award-winning journalist, she has worked in publishing for over a decade. Previously she worked in the nonprofit sector as the media communications director for Foundation for Research on Economics and the Environment (FREE) and Yellowstone Ecosystem Studies (Y.E.S.). She has served as a board member for the Stafford Animal Shelter of Park County and the Livingston Education Foundation.
 
David Eaton <> Livingston
Dave Eaton is the Executive Director of Counterpoint, Inc. in Livingston, a nonprofit agency that provides services to adults with disabilities. Dave has served in this position for eleven years, having worked at Counterpoint in other capacities since 1990. After graduation from college, Dave was a social studies teacher for five years. He has twenty-five years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Dave received his BA in Sociology from the University of Maine.
 

Felicia Ennis <> Livingston

With degrees in Anthropology, English and Spanish, Felicia began her career as a teacher and a guide.She is a board trustee for a private family foundation. Felicia was born and raised in Montana, she is an advanced mountaineer and an expert guide. She is an Eagle Mount volunteer and the founder of a successful outdoor adventure company that specializes in South America, Morocco and Montana.

Rob Forstenzer <> Livingston

Rob Forstenzer, originally from the wilds of Westchester County, NY, has lived in Park County for nineteen years where he operates Ferry Creek Ranch and raises organic, grass-finished Galloway beef. He also has been active in his small family foundation which has been supporting regional non-profits for many years.

 
Denis Prager <> Clyde Park
Denis J. Prager is president of Strategic Consulting Services, a private con­sulting practice established in 1994 to help a wide range of organizations think, plan, and act more strategically.
From 1983 to 1994, he was Director of the Health Program at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, responsible for the development and implementation of programs in mental health and human development, and in tropical disease research. From 1978 to 1983, Dr. Prager was Associate Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, responsible for the formulation and implementation of national science and technology policies in the areas of health, agricultural, and environmental sciences.
  
Tawnya Rupe <> Emigrant
Tawnya Rupe is the Community Giving Director of the Mountain Sky Guest Ranch Fund (MSGRF), located in Emigrant, Montana.  The MSGRF is an affiliate fund of the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation based in Atlanta, GA.  Tawnya has been with Mountain Sky Guest ranch since 1998, and has served in her current capacity since 2002.  She attended college at Montana State University, where she obtained a BA in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Business.  Tawnya has served as the Park County Community Foundation board president for the past three years, is a Montana Outdoor Science School board member and a member of the Philanthropy Northwest Montana/Wyoming Funders Group.
 
David Stanley <> Mission Creek
After 15 years as Chief Executive Officer of Payless Cashways, Inc., David Stanley retired in January of 1998.   Prior to joining Payless Cashways, a leading building materials specialty retailer, he was Executive Vice President of Piper Jaffray, Inc., a Minneapolis based investment banking firm, which he joined in 1971. A 1957 graduate of the law school of Columbia University, David practiced law in New York City and in Minneapolis from 1957 to 1971. David is married to Jean B. Keffeler. He has six children from a former marriage and two step-children, all grown. He maintains his primary residence near Livingston, MT and a second home in Minneapolis. David serves on the boards of Alliance Development Corporation, Community Health Partners, Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc., and the Harry S. Truman Library Institute.
 

Tracy Raich <> Paradise Valley
Tracy is the Broker/Owner of Raich Montana Properties LLC, a boutique real estate firm based in Livingston, Montana. Previously Ms. Raich enjoyed a 25 year career in the financial services industry working in the public and private markets. Tracy and her family (husband David, daughter Allison, and son Wyatt) relocated permanently to Paradise Valley ten years ago achieving a long term dream that was set when she and her husband were teenagers working in Yellowstone National Park. Tracy is a  passionate community builder dedicated to assisting in any way she can. She also serves on the board of directors of the Livingston Food Pantry.

Ted Madden <> Livingston
Previously Madden served 10 years at Community Health Partners Inc, a community health center, as Chief Financial Officer. Community Health Partners offers medical, dental, literacy and pharmacy services to a three county area in Southwest Montana. Madden was a member of the executive team and responsible for financial reporting, new service expansion and daily operations of the organization.  Prior to this he worked in the subsidized housing department of The Wilder Foundation in St. Paul Minnesota.  A native of Minnesota, Madden has a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in finance from the University of Minnesota. He moved to Livingston Montana in 1997 and resides there with his wife and three children. He served as Chairman of the Livingston School District Board of Trustees from 2004-2006. Madden currently serves on the board of a private foundation in St. Paul Minnesota.
